Studio Story
The Art Work Space building at 2810 Wilderness Place, Boulder, Colorado has been home to artists since 1990. Started as a cooperative artist studio space by a small group of friends, the original name of their group was Fine Art Associates. The group of artists has changed over time, but the Art Work Space building is still a haven for professional artists, and offers a place to make art, see art, buy art and take art classes.

A place for artists and art lovers.
The Art Work Space building is managed by Colorado Art Studios and Wilderness Art Studios. Many artists at 2810 Wilderness Place participate in the Boulder Open Studios Fall tour, and the springtime Boulder Arts Week. The Boulder School of Fine Art offers free second Friday open houses and art history slide shows as well as periodic art shows.
